So far it does what it says. The timing of the likes depends. Sometimes, I see them right away. Other times, they don't come in for a few hours. There's definitely more interaction, but as of yet I don't really see much growth on the follower side of things. I'd like to see more followers come and stay, but I know that's not really up to the service. It's been 5 days or so and I've gotten hundreds of likes on each photo with only about 900+ organic fans that I already had. Two or three will follow and then unfollow shortly thereafter. It's good for likes and showing up higher for hashtags for sure. I'm just not sure it's worth it in the long run (yet). But, it's only been several days, so we'll see how it goes over the first month.
