Creating A New Channel After Termination

Hi!
Firstly I know there are a lot of us that had the taste of yt termination so here's a thread to clear some questions to start over again.
So my yt channel was deleted. Here is what I want to do;
I have 3 videos that were making good money I want to upload these and never access the channel again.
1) Would Proxy be enough to do this?
2) Should I use the same adsense as terminated channel?
3) Should I use a different pc server? (Don't know if this helps)
