Here's my review for one test web2.0 (edublogs)

The blog was never indexed as it has meta name noindex.

I've contacted the author asking for a replacement but I got a reply saying "I don't do re-creation/indexing guarantee of blogs, once delivered tha tis my job done (please see T&C of sale/support sections on my site).".

Author said Edublogs noindexed post after the order but the blog was never indexed in Google.
 
As per the T&C of sale:

"If a Web 2.0 or other account we create is not indexed, is closed or any content deleted by the bloghost/owners then we will NOT reupload the content or create you a new account. We cannot verify if it is your actions from adding more content, or some other action that got it deleted, so we won't do the uploading work twice. You get a copy of the content with your order, which you can upload and schedule yourself on a newly created account that you create yourself."

The customer was advised that as the content has not been indexed he still has the premium quality content he can use on another Web 2.0 he creates.

Placed a repeat order for this Web 2. service - 3 sites plus the linkboost tier 2 link packages pointing to each.

Did it 3 weeks ago and wanted to report a rise in the serps for a stuck page on my money site the links were pointed at. Good progress with no other links built during this time, so it works.

Just received my web 2.0 when I ordered I added the basic dripfed link boost to my order the content was well done and posted over several days making it look natural.
