Yes, oddly enough - trying to buy a clean account because you behaved badly on the last one and now no longer have the right to sell things here - is not keeping to the rules of the forum (or of being a decent, grown up person). I was hoping to ban the other accounts, give his original one an infraction and explain the rules to him but.. you know.
