[Help Pls] New channel after termination and adsense...

Hi!
Can anybody guide me the safe way to open a YouTube channel after my channel got terminated?
And do I need a new adsense? (I can still access adsense)

Best would be use proxy or VPN or just create a new profile in your browser that should help you if you are not into mass account creation and if the adsense is safe you can use that.

If your adsense is still good just use a friend's computer (and not the same IP) to create the channel and you should be good to go. Channels are a dime a dozen, adsense accounts are the precious ones.

I used a new pc and a different IP but the channel got deleted.
