Good catch OP. Someone in a hurry or not an expert might as well fall for this, I bet many did.
About defrauding: this is NOT what we do. Not what I do anyway.
The "black hat" I've done is legal. I beat the algorithm which pisses some companies off, but it's not cheating or illegal, nor stealing. The search engine is not spending money on what I do, I am competing with them for money which is what the market does.
This is phishing. There is a law where I am now that sends you to jail for this. Also in the USA any unauthorized access to a password-protected system is a crime, if the system owner did not give you the password voluntarily, it's a crime.
So let's keep things clear. Beating algorithms and reaching the top by outsmarting bots is one thing. Cheating a CPA advertiser is fraud, phishing is fraud, and so on.

Blackhat SEO is just gaming the system, you can't go to jail for it, you're not fucking anyone up: you're just building links. Phishing is stealing accounts, that is someone's property.
There is a huge difference. If you do CPA and trick users, you're not stealing their passwords the most you did was waste their time. You tricked them to fill an offer, you didn't steal their facebook or bank login.

LOL mate, phishing is blackhat and illegal. Some (a lot) of black hat shit is illegal in one jurisdiction or another, that's just the nature of the game.

Too many people on here thinking they are black hat because they use some bots and then get all up in arms when something that is actually black hat is brought up.

On a more serious note, I ran a whois check and saw they are using HostGator as their host. I will contact HostGator and I will keep you guys posted!

No Sir, of course not. However - if this really is your site - this is no black hat SEO. This is pure phishing which is a crime (and a punishable one too!). Still not sure if this really is your site or not, if it is, please take it down. Now.
Sir I will worry about the legality of my websites when my children are old enough to prostitute themselves and the ugly ones can deal heroin.
