You ever wonder how Google can detect and ban your new adsense account, google play account or why your sites won't rank if you are a blackhatter? Or how instagram can detect you no matter what? These bastards are hardcore when it comes to tracking you. You need to go to extremes if you want them to stop.
1 VMs won't work no matter what OS or IP you use. I don't know how google tracks by VM but they don't work. You need a separate computer that uses a 4g connection. Don't use windows use Debian with firefox and user agent switcher.
2. Don't use Google fonts or recaptcha on your website. Don't fill in recaptchas. Google owns recaptcha and bought it because it is used on millions of sites and gives them access to valuable data.
3. Don't use gmail or have your domain register emails sent to gmail. You must not let google know you are a marketer. Use protonmail or tutanota.
4. Don't use Chrome or Chromium. Use waterfox or palemoon.
5. Don't use proxies buy a 4g router and sim. These IPs are clean and can be reset in 2 seconds. I use 4 routers with 4 sims. Cheaper than proxies.

6. Another way Google tracks is with HTML5 canvas's. Download Canvas blocker https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/canvasblocker/
7. Using an uncommon screen resolution is another way to get detected. Use the most common screen resolution 1080p to avoid being detected.
8. Don't use flash player or adblock. Adblock can be detected and gives them another way of finding you.
Even doing all these things does not guarantee you won't be caught. Google is hardcore when it comes to tracking and they may be using methods we don't know.
