Thanks for being returning customer gmx issue is still unclear to us.
As for @hotmail, instead @outlook. These are all Microsoft accounts.
Basicaly, we received an "opinion" from one of Chinese customer who did not realize that outlook.com is the same as hotmail.com. All the setting and interface are the same.

If there is such huge demand for @hotmail.com. We can tweak our scripts to create them.
It's just, we never thought it'll be such an issue. We thought outlook.com are "cooler"

I already have @outlook addressess & was expecting @hotmail.
They gave me an additional 1k outlook which I'm happy about.

Here's feedback OP requested from me:
Both hotmail & outlook are microsoft & outlook is the newer version.
The only difference is 1 ends @hotmail the other ends @outlook
@hotmail is more valuable as they are aged older accts.

These accounts are created on US IP, so I would advise you to use US IPs
