I am new here at Black hat world.
I need to buy bulk articles for my blog.
Can anyone help me to find the best place?

Depends on the quality that you want I guess. I know on Fiverr you can find some people who will do like, 3,000 words for $5. Which if you only do 500-word articles is about 6 articles. BUT, they might not be all that worthwhile.

You could write them yourself and spin them, but that honestly kind of looks sloppy.

Best bet is to find someone who's new in the copywriting field willing to do a bunch for a low price to get them established.

I have some seller who's writing quality is excellent on fiverr. he charge 5$ for 2 500 word articles.
You can get a lot of writers under this budget. just search on fiverr

You have to be careful trying to fill up a site with filler content, though it may rank temporarily, manual review can be a bitch and the bounce rate you'll experience from it will be a killer.
 
Fiverrs amazing. The comment above about poor writers can definitely be true.

That being said, If you need a constant stream of articles, I would recommend using fiver and just testing the waters.

In the past Ive bought articles from several different fiverr members and was able to find a couple of wruters who do pretty darn good work for $5.

If your willing to throw in an extra $25-$30 to test the waters, you can definitely find a quality Fiverr writer.
 
Fiverr is always a good option but make sure to read the reviews and you would probably have to pay a little more than $5 for quality articles. There are some services that also offer good prices for high quality articles. These are normally native English writers from low income countries so they can also offer good prices for very high quality. I personally use http://www.cleverwriters.com and found them to be very reliable and professional.
 
I don't think, bulk buying will help your blog in anyway. You instead write articles for your blog, invite quality bloggers to write for your site. Fiverr can be effective if you could able to find good writer, PeoplePerHour is also good platform.
 
After Buying article you still need Traffic and SEO.
