I've stopped doing Twitter after the massive bans for just following more than 10 users, regardless of the age of the accounts.

Is this fixed now? Can we go back to following 500-1000 profiles again now without getting pv and account suspended?

Never be afraid of a little shake, I haven't heard of any new clean ups

Never had any problems in the 2 years i have been doing the mass following i have accounts with over 40K real users now.

if i follow +70 user i get banned , i stop doing this from 3 months ago and i will do this now and i hope this work fine without any banned

Now, I can follow up to 120 people, so I need wait for at least one minute before proceeding.

No suspensions because of following, but if you follow with a new account, you'll get phone locked a couple of times before Twitter lets you on your way. So you'll need phone numbers what you have access to.

Do you need to have access to that number? Can I delete it every time I verify?

You need access to the same number because they will always send the verfication code to the number you gave twitter the first time they asked for it.

I have same problems. Just now signed up changed profile and background pic. Tweeted the #myfirsttweet thing it tells you to post... and suspended asked for phone number. It may be because I was on vpn. How long does this go on for before they ban you or stop verifying?

Good news though you can use google voice to confirm and those numbers are free

Aged accounts usually have good survival rate if you take your steps carefully, without rushing. Prepare to handle frequent phone verification though.

Usually i get blocked 3 or 4 times, then i have to verify my phone number and 1 time i have to verify through the e-Mail/or change my password. After that they pretty much leave me alone.
It's pretty normal that you get blocked 2-3 minutes after you've created your twitter account. Happens to most of us here, including me.

Followed 688 people yesterday on a relatively large, aged account with no problems. Knock on wood.
