Follow Liker Question?

So, FollowLiker lets you run your accounts under proxies to prevent suspension of accounts from many accounts running under the same ip address. (or something like to that effect)
But would I need to add proxies if I get a VPN server to encrypt my ip address for followliker?
And lastly, I want to manage 40,000 accounts, and I want to buy 26 laptops to run these accounts (because followliker must be run under multiple computers for this BULK amount) So can I just connect each laptop to the VPN server and let followliker run throughout the day? Will I need to use proxies if I already bought a VPN server?

*I know I sound ridiculous for trying to make so many twitter accounts but I think the profit from such an extremity will be worth it.

I need these many because follow liker cant be ran on solely one computer, it needs TONS or individual ram and cpu and that's why I have to get so many computers

forget multiple accounts , forget followliker, 2016-17 ,u don't need it for twitter.It's just an expensive hobby for newbies.....it's not 2012..... you dont need bulk accounts for reach, you just need quality tweets.

back then only your followers see your tweets, now days everyone sees your tweets....regardless of followers all about quality. many people post url's but they get ghosted and they dont even know , u might have 300 accounts, but usless if ghosted. twitter wont tell u there invisible to other users.
