I wonder why the support or help desk(whatever) is so slow. I opened a support ticket for your google+ follow jacker that never works on my sites. not for even one sec. yet nothing has been done for over 1 week now. I truly am @ a loss here

I mean the Mobile Ad Injector plugin that until yesterday worked great, gives the error CURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

Hi, yes and sorry for the inconvenience. We needed to make an adjustment to the server which required the server to be taken offline. We try to do this during offpeak times to avoid inconveniencing customers as much as possible. You won't be able to activate the plugin on any new sites while we're offline.

Again, I apologise for the inconvenience but our server is only taken offline maybe two times a year and for a maximum of just a few hours each time. We'll be back as soon as possible and we won't be long.

Ah, I see what you mean by reading this and your other post. The reason we don't offer an unlimited license is because in the past these have been purchased in Group Buys and shared. This means that when 50 different people start to use the plugin, and they need help, we end up supporting 50 different people and that is something we can't do for the price of one license.

We only provide support to the person who purchased the plugin/license.

I am not implying that you will, or want to, share the license key but that's the reason why we no longer offer an unlimited site license. And just for clarification, regardless of what site license you purchase you receive one license key that can be used on the number of sites its designed for.

If you buy a 10 site license it means you'll receive one license key that can be used to license the plugin on up to 10 sites concurrently.

This is a BH plugin so there is always a risk involved with using it. When it comes to a website being responsible for sending Likes or Followers to a FB Page or FB Profile, if Facebook become suspicious about the activity they tend to place a 'confirm' button on the website rather than taking action against the FB account owner.

However, there are no guarantees that FB won't close your FB account as what you are doing is black hat but we have never encountered this.

Hi, yes, it would look strange which is why we built in a feature of the plugin that allows you to choose the percentage of your traffic that gets jacked by the plugin which means you can control how many of your visitors get Follow Jacked.

In the user guide for the plugin I cover this topic with examples of how choosing the right percentage will allow you to control the number of Followers that you get from the plugin. In fact it is vitally important to read that section and make sure it's fully understood before using the plugin.

If in doubt then ask me and I'll try to provide advice that is relative to your own circumstances.
