Don't risk it, if they want to catch you, they can. In where i was born, porn sites are illegal, i have seen ton of people caught, everybody thinks they stay under the radar, but you have no idea when this will come.

I used to wonder about this, as well. When I first got into computing, "Black Hat" had an entirely different meaning (ie: hacking, cracking, phreaking, phishing, CC extrapolation, war dialing, trojans, virii, etc...), but after discovering IM, it seems that people had their own "black hat" meaning. It used to upset me when I heard people talk about "black hat", in an IM sense, as I'd invested years into becoming "black hat", all to have its meaning squandered down to a club of people trying to LEGALLY (yet unethically) earn money on the internet. Eventually, I just stopped talking about it, and just came to the realization that "black hat" consists of diverse cultures and communities, assigning their own interpretation to the phrase.

Now, many years later, it doesn't bother me. I just know which community I'm dealing with, and I adjust the meaning of the phrase, on the fly, depending on the kind of community I'm engaging with. As nowadays, it's almost exclusively with regards to the IM crowd, that's the meaning I assume, by default.

Most those threads are questions about those things, nobody's actually implementing them that I know of, nor discussin the mechanics of doing it that I know of. someone asks will it be a good idea to click an ad 100 times, you can look through my history my replies have always been the same: don't do it, you'll go to jail.

A lot of newbies think they can click their own ads out of naivity, but then you explain to them "when you click those ads you're stealing from an advertiser"....then they get it.

Also most of the porn reuploading that I know of is probably done by the porn promoters themselves. Their business model is to hook wankers and drive them to their paid options and piracy on cheap wanker sites is the biggest free promotion they get.
