i purchased VCC from you and loaded 5$ in it.

i am trying to make a simple purchase on google app store but card is being declined. see the attached pic.

please resolve this issue on urgent basis as i have been struggling to load this card and now when finally i got the card loaded, its being declined !!

I don't understand your questions. We do the name, address, etc but you can't withdraw to the bank...

For the google app store if you are registering to be a developer the name and addresses need to match.

It works for nearly every country although you will have to load $2

OR atleast provide people option with buying VCCs those have some $ in it already.. Its pretty annoying to open a ticket and then wait for someone to provide your paypal and then i will send funds there and then u will load in my vcc....

It has enough to verify US Paypals. International paypals need $2 loaded like stated multiple times.
