I've been through this, you need to wait until it expires, only after expiry you can renew. I contacted staff and a mod confirmed this.
Copy your sig and save it in a word document. You should be able to restore it from there.
seems like they don't really like our money![]()
When they moved the forum to the new platform, the recurring membership payments were cancelled. I guess there was no other way. If you renewed the membership after the forum was moved or if you haven't yet, but you will and you won't cancel the recurring payment, your membership will auto-renew next time. That's the way it is for now. Perhaps they will solve the issue by the next renewal, so we can renew before it expires.
I'm not sure with whom you checked this with. I would suggest you to get in touch with @Apricot. He is a great guy and can definitely help you in resolving it.

I know it's not helping on OP now, only next time.

OP - if you're worried about losing your signature, PM me and I'll be able to recover it for you but it should automatically return once you'e upgraded again.
Exactly this. We cancelled the recurring payments as a one off to avoid any issues with autorenewals being buggy. It's a manual process just this time but once you've done it, it'll be set up to recur as it used to.
