If you have only left with free option, you can fill the data in chrome autofill form and just open the directory and add one value to the box, others will be automatically filled.
You can access autofill form in settings>show advanced settings>password and forms>Manage Autofill settings

As above, automatic form filling is a good idea. Chrome does that by default i think. And really you just need some manual input as well - just keep submitting to those directories and you should get some sort of results, then show your client what is possible and say you need money to push it any further - once you have a budget you can do tonnes more.
