Need help with Google Adsense for Website

Hello, i applied for Google Adsense last thursday but still havent heard anything, it said it takes 1-2 days, when i went to google adsense it says it was dissaproved, but i havent gotten any email so i started thinking if it was some old website that ive submitted?

so i applied again from another account yesterday (youtube account email that has partnership) so now im just confused... I watched some guides where it says im supposed to put ad codes on my website but when i applied it didnt say anything about this (it said that codes are next step in review) So im very confused right now,

also i think i have applied for adsense before from some other account that hasn't gotten accepted, so would i need to remove this adsense account? My website is high quality and ive followed guides on how to get accepted so shouldn't be any problem...

Also im reading google adsense help thread where it says: " We've found that in most cases when a publisher waits a long time to be reviewed, it's because they haven't placed the code on a page that gets regular views. " But they didn't give me any codes, so is this like the next step or something?

So i guess what i need to know is should i get an email after review?

And now im reading the same message on the other account that i applied with, BUT I HAVEN'T GOT A SINGLE EMAIL FROM THEM?!

check the mail you used in applying. The must have listed out reasons for the disapproval.

Yes and im pretty sure gmail doesnt put google mails as spam
