Scammed by KazmiWajahat for $350

So this is a long story... Basically i found @kazmiwajahat on the forum a while back and contacted him to get his Quora bot he was talking about.
After a little discussion we came to the conclusion that i would buy him a license in order for his bot to be lisenced and nobody to copy it and also set up a sales thread on BHW with him where i would get 20% of the sales. I payed $135 for this or Euro 120. I recieved the license of the bot after this as i had also showed him proof of me launching a BHW thread.

He then said that i should buy him another license for a captcha solver which i bought for him, cost me $47, and in return that he would give me, 500 Quora accounts and blast an email to his email list. None of which happened.
Before this he also gave me the oppertunity to buy his landing page, Quora Account and email opt ins fir $200. I only recieved his Quora account and he is refusing to send out an email blast, ignoring me when i say to connect his landing page with my aweber and then also not giving me his email opt ins.

After recieving none of this a little while ago he threatened to cancel my subscription to the bot as the thread had not gone live yet, i tried to explain that it was up to the Mods but he continued to threaten me. He then agreed that i could keep the license.

now the thread is still not live and he just removed access to the bot for me as well as refusing to give me any of the money i sent him as he claims he did not recieve the $200 as paypal limited his account. And that the subscriptions i bought for him i could charge back. On top of this he made my paypal account get limited when i sent him the $200 as it was a brand new account and i have doubts that it was properly verified.
He claims to be a very famous news reporter from pakistan and he sent me some pictures of him in dubai after i asked him for some pics for proof it is him so i kind of believe him on that aspect. Hey, I offered him a license as you can see on Skype on certain conditions. He sells stealth PayPal accounts and uses one of them himself and just because he transferred me $200 - It got my account not only limited but deleted by PayPal and PayPal told me via the same email that the amount would be returned to whoever sent it after six months. So basically, I did not receive the $200 he sent. I still did not cancel his license as we had other terms and conditions between us but none of them got fulfilled one of them which was getting a thread live for my Quora Bot.

Yes, I agree that he bought me two things - One was licensing system and the other was a captcha plugin - Both of which for the same bot but I did not receive the captcha plugin while I did not use the licensing system. Since then, I am asking him to claim a refund from the sellers as I have already notified the sellers too but he is not willing to ask them for a refund. So when I did not receive a single penny from him, I was eventually left with no option to cancel his license.

Ask me for any screenshot if needed by the mods to prove anything.

Once again, buying me a licensing system and captcha plugin were part of the deal but not the complete deal. He paid them directly through PayPal and can seek a refund.

He said he used the same one but he also said in his response to this thread he didn't recieve it.

Edit: in the pic , it was on Thursday when he said he's working on it and it's almost done. That's 5 days after guan purchased it.

Considering it may take a few days to get the license (you have to send him your hardware Id and he has to create a special license file for each person)

The time line adds up.

Recieved it probably around 20-22nd. And the 24th is when kazmiwajahat was almost done.

I never tried to Crack it. A friend of mine who has been coding for 10 years has never in his life heard of a way to create hundreds of accounts on 1 ip. So he checked it out because he didn't want people getting scammed by you.

PS. Do check his status on Skype: He sells PayPal accounts which often gets limited and he himself used one and got my account not only limited but deleted too which had much more than $200 which he sent - All my money is stuck there. I would request the mods to open another thread in shitlist for him because just because of the OP my $2400 is stuck in PayPal for next six months while he is whining for his $200.

I never tried to Crack it. A friend of mine who has been coding for 10 years has never in his life heard of a way to create hundreds of accounts on 1 ip. So he checked it out because he didn't want people getting scammed by you.

He checked it out by decompiling and attempting to crack it as I already quoted your screenshot from Skype. Then again you had the nerves to take tips from me and asking for a one day trial again so you can again decompile the code - Here is the evidence: http://imgur.com/a/LclxG

I never issued your friend a license for trial but I issued you a license. You gave it to him for decompiling or cracking it.

Directly to the mods, I have several customers of the same bot who not only bought this from me via PayPal but also bought extended licenses and can vouch for me that neither I ever threatened them nor did they face any single problem. Many of them are JR VIP on BHW and can clearly tell how nicely the bot works. I have sent in all the relevant evidences and can provide anything else required too.

Like i mentioned to you my paypal has become limited and so I can't refund it... those claims are baseless and you also know that my paypal is limited as I have mentioned it around 10 times to you!
