Journey: **Find Out If Facebook Traffic Converts**

I have found a niche on Facebook and found out how to get easy leads.

However, getting subscribers is the easy part, we now have to find out if these subscribers will become paying customers.

So this is my journey. I will be getting as much leads as possible and finding out if I can get them to be long-term paying customers.

Keep in mind - These are all DOUBLE opt-ins, meaning they have to confirm their subscription before getting access to what I have to offer.

I forgot to mention that I spent about 12-24 hours setting up a landing page and funnel first..

I done all of this BEFORE I started sending traffic to it.

My conversion rate isn't too shabby either - which is 31.2%. However I can see this going down as the traffic increases.

Yeah man, highly targeted traffic just wanting a solution to their problem. I swoop in with my pitch, offer a free solution, put my link in there and they sign up.

This is like my 3rd attempt at building a list (totally different traffic source and niche though), all other lists I built I quit at 100-200 emails because I thought there was no money to be made.

I'm going to keep at this one though, because 200 people is no where near enough to see if they list is a money-maker or not.

Still a solid 30% conversion rate. Just need to increase traffic to get more leads.

The traffic is starting to slow down, so I'm going to create another account or 2 and see whether my traffic picks up again.

So you are basically building an email list from fb groups? Like for example - say a group of people trying to lose weight, so u sweep in offer ur solution, they get to landing page and you grab the email. Is that what it is?

Good work here - I doubt that the conversion rate will vary very much as that is around what I get when I collect leads from FB groups.

It's an excellent way to build a targeted list AND it will convert for you unless you try and sell some crazy thing that is not related to your niche.

I think I made a noob mistake. I've been using my main URL instead of a shortener. I really hope my domain name hasn't been ghosted.

I'm going to try with a shortner right now and see what happens. Otherwise if it's fully ghosted I might have to use another domain and a shortner next time. Lol

Quick tip: shorteners wont fool facebook into thinking its another domain. You may need a bunch of them or even use web2.0s for your landers

Great stats but do you have a good autoresponder sequence in place? Make sure you build up a level of trust with your leads before try to sell anything.

Nope, as far as I know that gets banned too, same for any auto redirects from another domain to the main one

Subdomains, URL shortners won't fool fb. Either use multiple domain or buffer 2.0's like weebly

i think you have a facebook groups with alot of members. hmm is it adult leads?
