Paypal Verification

can anybody help me verify my paypal accout it's not 100% verified and need a debit or credit card , as i cant because paypal is banned in my country and for me without paypal their is no online working .I also have some money i my unverified paypal but i cant buy anything .

So any genuine human being who wants to help , will be greatly appreciated .This can take just 10-15 minutes of your precious time and can make my whole life, any help will be greatly appreciated .
