i know some guys offer the ton backlinks services in fiverr and similar sites but i really wonder if it'll cause any harm or if it's useless
please help me

I got 5000 unique visitors to a post in one afternoon after I posted it to a group and it went kinda viral for a few hours. If you go full viral, you strike gold....

Build links to high authority sites that is related to your niche such as guest posting and outreach. Consider the quality of the backlinks than the quantity that you can build.

There are some good designers etc, but 99% of seo on there is utter crap.

Trading links is pointless. If you link to A and A links to YOU....it is seen as a reciprocal link and will essentially be worthless. Get a link from them...suer. But don't reciprocate with a link in return. Trade something else of value for that link.
