Few weeks ago my PayPal was permanently limited. Stop to several people but sadly none of them wanted to know. My account is banned, that is it, they want no more to do with me.

Now I use eBay a lot, constantly selling items daily. The item I was banned for I sold months ago, it was only due to a recent change of their T.O.S that I was banned. Believe me I asked how that was possible considering the rule was not around when I sold the items but it was like speaking to a plank of wood.

So what's the next step? I really need a PayPal account, one that doesn't have the chance of causing me any trouble down the line.

In my position, what would you do?

I've also had so many problems with paypal.

Asking for multiple IDs, tax info, stopping big tranactions etc.

After I started selling a new product I suddenly had I think 5 out of 247 goods sold being refunded, now they placed my on a 60 day period where I have to stay in "good standing" or something.

Havw you considered buying a stealth account? That's what I've just done until my account is back to normal working.

It's looking I might have to, need to read into it as I know what they are used for but not actually sure what it means, the specifics.

Bummer as that is what I did; how about an LTD?

Ill take a look into it

Yeah, and LTD is the equivalent, I'm also from England. A stealth account is baisically an account with fake details. You can make one yourself in all honesty, there are services here to make fake IDs for the names, and proxy providers as well.

I bought one because I wanted an already-setup account that had no 21 day hold limit.

How do you go about withdrawing the funds, I presume you can't just link the same CC/Bank?

You use some provider on here ,that gives you a card in the same address as the account ,but sends it to you where you are ,to withdrew the funds , you pay for all documents , account and cards ......

Somewhere on the misc of this forum.

Just asking why paypal been so nasty to you are you a registered business or self employed is that why paypal treating you bad becouse your not legit?

Or are you dogging tax money becouse paypal talks to uk tax office maybe the tax office, have never receved any tax from you or your not registsred business or self employed?

If you was fully legal and self employed there no way paypal can keep your money never.

But if your dogging paypal and you got good outstanding cash in your account expect a knock on the door from the uk tax office trust me paypal work closly with the uk tax office ....

I had a problam with paypal thinking i was a non employed person ,and i was sent a tax man to my home ,from a report from paypal but i proved my earnings and show my books everthink was fine ,and paypal released my cash with apologies , be warned the officers told me becouse i am legit ,i dont worry but paypal fraud as non tax payers are becomming a huge problem, so paypal know works close with the uk tax office , i was told i would of been arrested there and then ,and get 28 days on remand in prison ,till everthink get sorted if i was not self employed ,thank god i was.

Tax invasion is very serious and paypal are the ones that can cause huge problams .

But i suppose that why i tell ppl internet marketing is a business not a game

Every pound i earn the uk tax own 30% but if i go over 40.000 a year it 40% .

Never fuck with paypal there very hot on tax fraud...

And trust me the powers the tax office got are unreal , for example if you did have money and never reported it and never pay tax, the tax office can put you on remand , they call the police and you get arrested for tax invasion then you goto remand prison afther next day court there and then there no mucking about tax office powers are scary.....

I'm not a business, just been selling off things I have at home which are no longer needed. Months ago I sold AVG keys, out of the blue I was permanently limited. The people I spoke to all said there T.O.S had been changed.
Only way to get my account unlimited is to provide proof of where the keys came from, I can't. The keys were real keys, helped all the buyer get the correct program and activated without no trouble at all but sadly PP don't care.
That was the only time I sold (I sold 10) digital items, everything else is physical. My account must have been 5-6 years old, never had an issue in the past
