It's just your guess because as I know a best webmaster forum like webmastersun.com could not outrank Google for that keyword. that's why I am feeling difficult if I start a webmaster forum.
I think Google will give their domain prior to search engine results by some special actions. I saw these with more different keywords, not webmaster forum.
