Best Way is use 4g internet every time you turn on airplanemode, then disable it. it will give you a new ip address and also use Incognito mode always when you creating a new ac. and always restore down ur browser when creating fb ac.

Why? is not the same on a router isp?

Check out MassPlanner. I use it to automate 215 Facebook PVAs. I also use dedicated private proxies from BuyProxies. I use one proxy per 3 accounts and have not had any issues since I started, which was over 6 months ago.
