how can pirated/copyright content websites can get adsense account?

i have a website with same niche,my website also contents pirated/copyright which ageist google adsense so i already got rejected for 3 time than i loose hope ....

but than i see strange on this site called null24(dot)net , so this site also violate terms and conditions according to google adsense so how did they got approval? can anyone tell me what is the trick behind this?

i have seen so many site like this but still confused.

Maybe he first make a legit website and applied for adsense, once account is approved he then use it on those illegal site. That's what I have read somewhere.

Like what @arciyu has said, perhaps, they published unique articles at first. When their GA got approved, perhaps, that's when they started posting plagiarized content.

It's just a matter of time that they might be subjected to a manual review by GA team.

maybe you are right but what should i do to get approve my site?
and if i can't then can you suggest me any other good advertisement network?

i dont think you are getting rejected because of copyright content. Maybe you dont have enough content.

I have nearly 700 post, I'm sure its because of copyright becouse they mentioned me this on email.
