Yes, they increase in Analytics, for example I can send 10k in 10 mins but then they just dont count in the YouTube Views Counter Video, they drop.Your views are not increasing you're saying when you watch the video from different IPs?
I know they detect them as bot views, that is why I dont bypass.Then they might be detecting the views as bot views. That's my only guess. If you're sending traffic from ads that you're running to promote your youtube videos, then there's a setting somewhere to include the visitor traffic from your ads in your overall view count.

Those views are detected as crappy views thus they are getting removed try sending a mix like some HR views and then those views and see what happens.
