Hi. It was not error your terms before depositing state that you cannot deposit using a VPN or proxies. Its in big bold letters - "- DO NOT use proxies or VPNs. Those deposits will not be added to your account."

Its okay now anyway I went with another guy on here that allows me to use my VPN when paying with my own verified PayPal account.
