I use stealth accounts cause Fullscreen, the company i work with only allows 1 paypal per account.

you do youtube right how did you earn so much in fullscreen by legit or traffic exchangers?

Personally i sign up with bitcoin wallets like e-coin or spectrocoin , & i get a prepaid visa card to my home address like payoneer you can use it to withdraw from paypal then ATM , or you can buy bitcoins & add it o your wallet , btw in spectrocoin they support withdraw from wallet to bank transfer & SEPA which mean you can use the last option SEPA to transfer money to your payoneer account with the EU payment service . they support also Payeer .
2nd solution is to use the DixiPay visa card , check if they are available in your country .

It really sounds to me like ur doing something bad. real account limited... (but fullscreen only lets you use one paypal... which means u must've done something...)
