I want to grow my channel. It falls in the sketch niche (kind of like nigahiga), and is quite small, 300ish subs. I've been fine tuning my content for months now and have had lots of different people review it - they say it's great, and I will keep refining it. I've read the answers in this thread, but what would be the best way for my channel to grow? (Through first black hat methods and then organically) For example, If I plan to upload a video, how would I implement the unlisted method - would less than 5k views get me started?
Also, would the growth of my channel be hindered if I can only upload once every week?

No, growth of channel will not be hindered if you upload on one perfect schedule. But it will damage the channel if you upload lets say 3 videos in a week then for next 3 months no new videos, then there will be a big chance that your channel content won't be "fresh" to youtube to recommend it to others. So the regular you are the better your channel gets "visible."
It's up to you, how you want to implement the method.

I didn't stop uploading. But how often do you think I should upload?
I don't want to write the niche here I can PM it if you would like..

Ans- Upload it on schedule. Like you can make videos daily then upload daily at same time. Like 2PM everyday.
If you can make one video per week then upload on specific date and time always. So that your audience knows when your content is coming out. And sure you can skype or PM me.

I have heard that buying views\likes\dislikes\subscribers will make the video more popular.
It will start gaining view on auto after some time.
Now my question is is it safe to buy youtube views?
and what if i put up monetization enabled for that video.
Do we get earnings from purchased views as well?
Is there any risk of account\video disabled\terminated\bann?
I dont want to take risks.i want to work with youtube long term.

Yea, there is possibility that it will make video popular if you do it on right moment.
No one will guarantee you that buying views is safe, even if they do but on their sites they do mention that you buy at your own risk BUT I never heard anyone's channel get banned by buying views till date, so in my experience, No.
When I tested my services I had my monetization on, it doesn't affect anything though but it doesn't make you rich either. I tested few other services here on BHW too. They didn't harm though but what you need to know is - DON'T BUY CHEAP VIEWS, COZ THEY WILL BE CHEAP. There are people selling same quantity for few more bucks, why is that so? because that's quality and they won't compromise on it. So buy good quality views if you are going to buy.
Everything you do as black hat is at your own risk. But balancing between black and white hat is the key.

And if you are using 2-3 accounts and posting same comments then I am sure you will lose your ability to comment on YT anymore still some time, later there is higher chance of getting your account banned. Also your comments will fall into spam section so they won't be visible anyway. Try to comment differently and in intervals.

A- Yea there are bots to upvote and comment. There are few in market place. I have a Upvote bot though. If you can't afford bots then better to buy services.
If you are looking for organic way then you should rather be making nice comments that favors the artist as people will like your comment rather than trashing you in comments section because you are hating.

Ans - There is a tool I made and almost done with it. Hopefully Will giveaway it for free on BHW. It can help you upload ANY video without copyright strike. But until then I think re-uploading vines and celebrity stories are niches which get least copy-right strike as far as I know.
But why don't you make your own videos? As you are from India there is an opportunity for you to be a part of YT space if you make your own content so give it a shot
