I want to buy the domain from him but I don't know what to do with it. Anyone have ideas for this domain?

well the obvious thing to do is set up a music video site. I run one myself, you can add adsense or any other ads on there

I would create a brand, using facebook and instagram. Target hiphop fans. Sell eventually t shirts with teespring or something. With a domain like that that should not be so hard, I think, when it's done right. Do you have any experience at all?

Good Idea! I'm not very experienced. I'm an engineer. However, I am really interested in SEO and IM. I'm very willing to learn!

To be honest I have no idea how this particular scene works. But there are plenty money making topics or journeys on this forum which can educate you in a way which you can use for this website. Just compare a few things, combine them, and rock. There is not a real guide but just try one thing and go for it..

edit: try to spend some time on this forum for quite a while and you'll understand. But you need to start trying and experiencing things otherwise it won't become anything at all.
