My problem was resolved and retentionpanel.com refunded my money, it's probably someone got access to my login and password password through leaked databases which usually get leaked online from other websites.

I'm requesting the admin to delete my comments.

Hey man! Its great they refunded you. But they took so long to do so. They really have to improve there customer service. They take a very long time to answer all questions. They ignore 15% of orders.. F**k nothing good of this service. They used to be pretty good. Don't know what happened. I'm very disapointed...

Total number of actions not completed already exceeded 30 000, which is equal to almost $ 100. And I understand they did not complete the task and return the money?
