Are comments in forum still worth it ?

Hey,

What's you experience about forum comments in 2016 ? Do you think that it is still worth it ? I did some comments in the past and when I do a backlinks toxicity analysis those backlinks are often highlighted.

What's you opinion ?

Well , most of them 99% are marked as spammy , even if you do unique comments worth nothing .

They still have some value if you can bite the exact niche. Say your niche is domains, then a backlink from namepros is good, your niche is Altcoin, then a backlink from bitcointalk works, your niche is web and seo, a backlink from Blackhatworld will do wonders.

Typically the guys that are commenting in forums are doing it to drive traffic more so than for SEO purposes.

Best of use is - pyramid link building.

Example : domain name (www.example.com) - an article to diffrent domain - page (www.example2.com/linkbuilding/example-article) - spamming comment's pointing to (example2.com.linkbuilding/example-article) from other site pages .
