You wanna achieve your site at #1 within 7 days is like a fish swim in the hand full of water. It may show sudden attain at #1. But it not for a long time as the fish died after all the water dropped down from the hand.

You need to wait for at least 1 month with the proper SEO setup in your site.

Ranking website in 7 days is not a sure thing. It depends upon many factors like using of quality content with good keywords,on page off page optimization,website should be handy to user and so on.

I think you can use guest blogging and more content marketing way. You can use some PBN links but beaware about the risk and build it slowly.
