Tickets can take up to 24 hours to respond to, depending on when its sent in. Further, the password reset is disabled for now, you should be able to login fine now. We're making security updates throughout our whole website.
UPDATE:
Still working on the suggested and ranking views. I'll keep you guys posted when we figure something out.

You need to stop clouding my thread with negativity. Your order is delivering, if you don't like the speed, don't order time and time again and complain...

If this hasn't already been resolved, please PM me your email so I can look into it. We added tons of new security features, since people were getting into accounts by using BHW previously hacked accounts vs our database. This was one of several measures put in place to prevent people from getting into accounts.
We already have targeted views for every single country. Unless you're talking about something else?
I've yet to see any other view provider provide these types of views, I bet you they just rank suggested naturally. Either way, we finished testing and figured out how to do them, just setting up the system for mass orders now, so should be out in 24-48 hours.
Correct, if you select Mixed it will be a mixture of FB, Twitter and Reddit instead of it just being one of the three. Direct views without and referral would be our normal views.
UPDATE:
Testing and proof of concept done for having your video show as suggested for any video. Some things to keep in mind before we release:
- We're going to have to have a 10k minimum per order, since anything less does nothing (and 10k worked for videos with very few views).
- The more views any given video you're trying to rank on has, the more views of this type you will have to buy to make it show up under suggested. So, if theres a video with say 10,000,000 views, you could very well have to buy 1,000,000 views to get it showing under suggested.
This should be released on the site within the next 24 hours. I'll let you all know here when its ready.
