Yes it is safe but we still suggest to turn it off as an extra precaution as youtube may change their terms anytime. It is better to be safe than sorry.
I just tried Depositing funds to my account using Paypal, and I got a message that said "This Payment is already processed! Please check your latest deposits history." I checked, and there is no sign of me depositing the money. I checked paypal, and no money left my paypal account...
