What issues are you facing? And I cannot see a single support ticket open for any user with similar name! Please PM me the support ticket number if you are facing delay in response. Dissapointing. When you download the trial version, you have to send a support ticket and wait up to 12 hours to get the licence key. That's awful. This process should be easier and automatic.
