First impressions:

Signup was a breeze.
Opened a support ticket for transfer of exisitng sites. Got immediate response. Work in progress.
Asked for some help around discount coupon, and it was taken care of immediately.

I love them so far for the awesome response time!
Will update this thread once I have all the sites up and running.
