hacking online $$$ real or fake?

Hey so I have to post this, because of how many people want the get rich quick scheme (Including Me tbh lol). A certain programmer out of Europe claimed he was a black hat hacker and made a software (@https://twitter.com/apppmoneyhack) which he said could basically "add" funds to your PayPal/AlertPay account. It is supposedly done by the program completing thousands of surveys at a time which obviously could not be humanely possible. He said it could make about 5000 an hour. I think all of that is complete bs. Now, the fact that he could back what he was claiming in an intelligent way was impressive regardless(I emailed him questions, with responses too long for anyone to want to read lol). I do surveys for money and sometimes have found some tricks to speed through them and form fill (especially if they're not worth much). So, I just wanted anyone's views on if they believe a program like that could even be possible and how.

There are no real hacks or money adders for PayPal at all.... I've not been proven wrong yet..... Paypal can't be hacked to give you free money I've tried most and bought a few and all are lies.... hope this helps..

they won't get trouble in next day... except scammer, liar and other nice guy with their $#^&#&# program...
just think, if he right have that software.. maybe he want friend in jail or if wrong, maybe just pull he own poket with another opportunity..
