We always help those who genuinely need help. If your query is out of scope for support, you will not get a reply. I've said this a thousand times - you can not expect a reply if you ask us to edit your templates, fix your scripts, etc. We're a host, not a web developer. Any technical query, on the other hand, is dealt with swiftly, so I would suggest that you stop putting us in bad light if you're asking for help with something that is your own responsibility. Moreover, you haven't posted a single thing about your issue. If you had, I'd be more able to comment on that.

Does it surprise you honestly? Its hard to many any profit out there when people expect to pay dirt cheap pricing for platinum service. It just doesnt happen. You either get crappy servers and uptime or no to little support.
