Released an update to the panel that includes the option to have the upvotes distributed randomly to all of the added comment urls. The update also includes optional delays.

It's only for comment upvotes, and tomorrow, I'll be releasing support for comment replies (not for promotion, but as a ranking factor along with upvotes).

To answer the other two questions: No, proxies are not required, neither are accounts. Everything is provided, and you just need to add the comment url and select the # of upvotes you want delivered.

Yes, you can add as many links as you want and set up to 500 upvotes for each.

If you plan on doing more than 5,000 upvotes a day, you'll need to contact us before buying and provide a rough estimate of how many upvotes you'll be doing daily.
