Me too, I got free trial and notice 10 out of 12 upvote removed.. Man I just thinking to buy this product. OP please explain.
If you guys are looking into doing it for CPA, then you should understand that the comment itself will likely get deranked or ghosted long before the upvotes drop. If it manages to stick and remain ranked, then roughly 40-50% of the upvotes will stick if it has a link and you send 200+.
I get the question a lot from beginners, but the main goal is finding a high-view video and having said comment stick for 30-90 minutes. I'd recommend taking a look at some newly posted popular videos and seeing how some others are doing it.

Yeah they can be. You can set a delay for the upvotes within the panel's settings.

i purchased 2 license from him for $100 because i want to use more than 5,000 upvotes /day. but the panel is extremely slow and can't even top comment a comment, because if you want to 'top comment' on youtube comments, you need fast 'upvotes' this panel was working fine just a few days ago, but day by day the panel started to became slower and slower. right now, the speed is 200 - 300 upvotes per hour. he said on his thread that the speed is 500 upvotes per 5 ~ 10 mins, but that's a lie.
the upvotes are also dropping from time to time after it finnishes sending 'upvotes' for example, you put 200 upvotes on a comment, it will start decreasing, and a day later it's only like 30 - 40 upvotes
basically, this panel is a waste of money, you can't top comment using this panel because of the speed issue.
i contacted @Herion on his skype support and keep sending him messages but, he doesn't reply to my messages even though he is online and doesn't want to fix the panel's speed issue.
this tool is a waste of money and has speed issues, i suggest not to buy this tool unless @Herion fixes his panel's upvote speed.

Thank you for a honest review - I was planing to do the same as you, to buy 100$ worth licence to do comments upvotes for top comments for marketing purposes but now as I see its not worth even try.
Also Ive seen on BHW THREAD where some fresh guy with few posts TOLD mega super noob friendly method how you can earn money very easily with upvotes of youtube and OGads content - and its VERY interesting if its not related with this sales thread, because sales thread was posted and after 4-5 days that other thread popped out and in that thread there was mentioned THIS service of unlimited upvotes ;D
SO it looks a bit tricky marketing to attract all kids with a method and a panel for a method ;D

Great analysis.
I'm sure the 50+ paid users on both BHW and another CPA forum agree that it's slow. Along with those who get trial licenses to test it out themselves, and thus, can see the speeds with their own eyes.
I'm sure that the poster who had requested a refund several days after the policy allowed it (and was given one), who then bought it the very next day again agrees with you.
That aside though, I was surprised about the method posting as well, and to be frank, it's attracted the worst kind of clients, aka people who aren't already into YT commenting. If you think people who are just starting out convert into paid subscribers, then you're wrong, most of them see a dropped upvote count or a ghosted comment and walk away (which is fine, since most people that are in it have been doing it for months if not years).
The poster was someone who bought the Upvote Panel, was interested in the method overall, and decided to share it. I only found out when I woke up with 30 skype requests from people who were asking how to get a comment URL. Panel sales were doing just fine without the post ("fine" as in, I frequently had to reserve licenses while working on adding new accounts, so I could subsequently add more slots).
The Upvote Panel was intended as a side project to help people interested in the Account Manager (http://youtubecommenter.com) handle getting top comment without buying and maintaining a large # of throwaway accounts, since people struggled to find providers that didn't frequently get mass-banned.
Anyways, licenses are still being sold out daily, though going to stop expanding the # of licenses available soon.
Throughputs of 50-80mbps on receives on a 1gbps port.

If so many people are using this then it is only a matter of time abuses starts to happen and Youtube would certainly do something about this. If you intend to drop links then the comment will most likely be ghosted. You might be better off to using this promote your own youtube video links as I doubt youtube will block their own domains. Just my own thought on how to use this tool better.
