Sorry, if there is confusion but literally from start to finish. From the VERY idea that I got from what I read, I know my neighborhood. I know the phone numbers, etc. I got the domain, got the one click, WP install, set everything up. Took three hours for me to write the desired reviews and commentary that I copied from the site that I got the idea from.

I uploaded the pictures of what I was going for. I picked several high end, most popular stock photos of the product. That the potential company would relate to. Then, I went and I scouted 30 places. These calls weren't very long because I am pretty concise and get to the point. They were either for it as far as interest or they weren't interested. I am not a hard seller.

I am still new to this, VERY new. I just implemented what I thought I saw as something successful. I thought it looked cool and was ready to make it work for me because I needed money.
Everyone works differently. Those who have money know the value. Get what I mean?

I read a lot of books about the power of manifestation and visualizing positivity. Sure, it may seem impossible but if you have the drive to push through negative and rejections. You'll strike someone who sees the VALUE in a type in keyword domain.

Hope I broke it down, I just wanted to share what I was learning.

Type in keyword domains mean exact keyword domain name. I mean buy cars is keyword then the domain name would be buycars.com that would be help to get more traffic than from organic.

I got lucky to get a local domain, I went to Linkedin, a business directory (chamber of commerce for here in the US) and the Google maps app search luxury yada yada near me.

Yea looks like the rank and rent. Except instead of ranking, he is funnel in traffic from Facebook and reddit. And instead of renting, he sold the rights to the site or one time payment.

Ok just want to see if I have this right... I'm a little slow when it comes to this stuff.

1. So you find keywords phrases that target certain high end products or services.
2. You buy a keyword phrase domain ie. Luxurycarsforsaleinfresno dot com
3. You rank it on first page of Google
4. You drive traffic via Facebook ads to build a steady traffic for a month or two to show potential buyers?
4. You contact Fresno area luxury car dealers and sell them the site? Or an ad spot on the site?

Is that right?

Sorry I'm just trying to piece it all together. The title says $1500 inb24hrs yet rankimg a site can take a month.

Really appreciate the info.. please let me know which steps I'm getting wrong.

but who is acutally getting directly to the website by "type in"?
I am using google chrome. If I type in "fresno luxury car" I get to google and google nor chrome does not show fresnoluxurycar.com.
If I type in "fresnoluxurycar" it does not show me fresnoluxurycar.com eather. Only if I visited fresnoluxurycar.com ONCE BEFORE, it will suggest it to me in my browser.

I know that fresnoluxurycar.com does not exist. But it does not work for ANY keyword.
