You can realistically rinse and repeat this constantly. I needed some fast money and I had very little cash flow to work with but it can be doable! All it takes is effort and diligence. Take breaks as you go along. A little back story of how it came to me:
I was cruising another online forum and I ran across a thread speaking of high end value/luxury. This honestly cannot be saturated so I honestly don't mind laying the ground work.
Things you will need..
Hosting for at least a month: It can range from 1.99 to 9.99. I recommend finding hosting that will give you super cheap domain registrations, like Godaddy has .99 registrations, another one I believe is 1and1 has relatively cheap hosting and a free domain. I've seen a lot.
Get a notebook so you can mind map everything you are doing as it's useful and in case you find someone who plans to do whatever with it.
Realistically, you'll be spending about 20-30 bucks depending on what you decide to outsource or do. In my particular niche, I knew what I was doing so I took advantage of what I knew.
Good phone skills and/or you don't mind hitting the pavement.
Now, don't feel discouraged because you think it might be below you because in actuality, when you are dealing with high end/luxury, you are dealing with those who have money or are targeting those who have money.
I worked this pretty much straight through because I was bound and determined to make the desired cash flow that I needed in order to pay some back bills and get myself slightly ahead. This is great for anyone who has time or sees the potential in the idea.
Okay, so basically I created a Wordpress site that centered around the domain name. The domain is keyword rich. An example, fresno luxury cars (just an example but gives you an idea of what you can do)
To be honest, this can be taken several different ways but what I did was create 10 high quality articles that was enriched with the keyword and what my target was. As far as my marketing ploy, I used Facebook (had advertising credit) Reddit (highly effective plus there are some pretty amazing people who'll help you target even better places to call and get information. If you go with BlueHost or something along those lines, they'll set you up pretty good. Where I got this bright idea, was and you can look this up should you want to get the idea and further it for yourself. *How to be a luxury Blogger* I just used my own thoughts and twists. I have other methods but I wasn't really concerned, I put together the website. It was clean and it hit the spot. Created it's purpose to the potential buyers.
For example, had I used fresno. I would go to Keyword Search, do what I need there and then determine who my audience was. In this case, if you decide to use this. I would target car dealerships. Or if you decided to use luxury hotels, that can be geared towards the population looking to book one of the best hotels or whatever.
In my case, I created 2 different spectrums, as I am constantly cross referencing what I am good at. Am I better at serving the audience or am I better at serving the supplier.
With the supplier, you have to get on the phone and pitch the idea to them. I have a script that I use and it's been pretty effective. However I only used it one day. I plan on using it more, as this is a really big rush. I didn't realize I had the girth to pull it off.
So I called 30 different places. I only targeted 30 places based off what I could find out about them and what they were doing as far as numbers.
I am pretty sure that I could have pulled off more money since it is determined on what I price my work at. Trial and error. I am sure there are many people utilizing these methods.
My script went like this. This is word for word, that I created myself because well I don't like to sound like everyone else.

I am calling to see if you'd be interested in some web presence that may benefit you greatly and target you to laser traffic centering the audience you are targeting. (They'll 9/10 take the bite) I basically specialize in keyword rich domains. I took a look at your ad and I noticed that you are targeting luxury cars. I don't know if you knew this but often times, customers will type the keyword in the engine and if they use Chrome, it will lead them directly to my domain site. According to the monthly keyword searches, I get anywhere between 100-1k visitors to the keyword. Meaning between that range, that keyword is searched specifically. So think of the math. If you have 100 people who type this domain in exactly, that is basically a 50-100k dollar car being sold. More money for your company.
They will ask you some questions. (Now a side note, I sold my whole package to the 18th dealership that I called. Majority felt they wanted to think about or weren't that vested in what I was offering)
Right there what I wrote is good enough for you to experience. You can add to it, like I told them when they ask if they can switch the domain and keep where I had the published content. I am not completely technical savvy. I referred them to a network extension that they can use on my behalf. They asked me to negotiate a reasonable price. So I made 1,500 and the person I outsourced to was paid 250.00 which was paid to the person I referred. I asked for a bank wire. I received it within 2 hrs of the deal. I made all my calls in the mid morning. I am not a super fast talker but I can normally gauge whether someone is interested in what I am pitching. You can definitely twist this around where you call places and they can compete for whatever spot of recognition, etc.
I am sure this is a method that no one can ever get tired of doing because there are so many different twists to this. I will answer anything that I may or may not have missed.
Some thoughts, it's feasible to realistically spend as low as 15 bucks creating this entire package and earn as much and much more on top of this. Maybe it can used as a joint venture, anything. The possibilities are endless.
