update to my review: I guess my server was switched to a US server (as I did request one) because there were some DNS propagation issues this morning when I wanted to login and build my new website. I spoke with support for a little while trying to figure it out, because I did not realize there was a DNS cache problem right away. Support responded fast, very professional and patient. By far one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with! I'll be sure to use THCservers in my regular rotation for sure! Excellent!

I would like full clarity on this question:

For your offshore dedicated servers (e.g. Romania) do you ignore DMCA?

Will have to order somewhere else then. Only DMCA complaints I get are fake, but like you said, as a host you insist they are followed and the content is taken down. Not worth dealing with.

If the DMCA complaints are fake then we will ignore them but, if they turn out to be genuine then we will have to ask you to remove the infringing material.
