A- If I would tell you, you would be a seller too. Its not something that can be given away just like that. No one will let you know this secret. So lets just those "Smarties" do their jobs

I have a channel that I started to help people work from home on a specific platform.. the whole channel (now 46-ish) videos is all me working through the work and teaching people how to use scripts and whatnot. My first few videos I didn't know what I know now.. so should I go back and update descriptions and keywords or do I just leave the old stuff alone and do my best with the new videos?

The Description and Tags should be very VERY specific.That helps you to rank.
Its called YT SEO

One method you can do is go to related videos and ask people to see your videos as its related. Be kind, don't spam!
This method will helps you a lot. Don't Trust me? Try for one week , you will.

Medikraft is good one. I have a close friend who got lot of "help" from that network.

Ans- Depends. BUT my suggestion is don't go for anything you see on YT because it will not suit you. If you want to talk in detail about the particular type of videos you are into then I can help because I did a lot of research in it.
But for instance lets say you are into doing tutorials then you don't really need a DSLR, face cam is so much fine. You can buy samson condenser mic with pop filter (you can make pop filter yourself so I recommend not to buy). And there are free screen recorders so no need to spend money on high five stuff when you can get it for free.

Ans- I highly recommend you to please update all. You might think that it wont matter but IT MATTERS. I had 36 videos before I went deep into YouTube SEO and when I finally updated all, it build up my brand. You made an effort to make those videos so make one more hour of effort to make them reach out to people

What is your thoughts about YouTube Heroes? How to deal with?

Ans- Those who have made it big on YT will stay there but it shouldn't bother you because there is lot of scope for newbies as well. For instance my fellow YouTuber started making YouTube videos just year and half ago and has organic traffic and very close to silver button. Can you imagine that? So don't get disappointed.
The YT heroes will also love to work with you, Infact they are looking for fresh and unique YouTuber so make it big out there

A- You can do that in 2 ways -
1) You can simply use the highlighted curser and just make the video and add texts in notepad whenever you need to say something or you can add while editing if needed. And most people actually see this kind of tutorials because its useful and unique.
2) You can use text to speech converter. I know a free couple of free Apps, you can PM me or add me on skype as I think its not allowed to put links here. I can tell you.

OK I am lazy I don't really wanna make videos buy I want to get my channel partnered by just reuploading and not getting copyright strike can u suggest me a few videos which can be reuploaded just to get an extra 1k to 2k views per day

Ans - There is a tool I made and almost done with it. Hopefully Will giveaway it for free on BHW. It can help you upload ANY video without copyright strike. But until then I think re-uploading vines and celebrity stories are niches which get least copy-right strike as far as I know.
But why don't you make your own videos? As you are from India there is an opportunity for you to be a part of YT space if you make your own content so give it a shot

Oh,if your channel is in bad standing it is not likely that any media wants to partner BUT if you are already partnered then they can help you get it removed
