In terms of adsense safety, I'm not sure because I don't use adsense for any of my immediate campaigns...
Regarding clicks on ads, I've definitely received clicks from this traffic. The CTR isn't through the roof, but it ads to my profits for sure. From my own tracking, I can see that this traffic stays for a while, usually a few minutes before leaving. I've been using this more for pure impressions. Even though impressions don't pay nearly as much as clicks, the price for this service (IMO) is low enough that there is undoubtedly cash to be made.

Also, trustedfire9 has been helpful in answering any questions I had prior to, as well as after ordering his service. So if you're wondering about adsense safety I'd ask him.

it seems there is some problem in my campaign so far near 15k visits are delivered but i am monitoring all analytic data and live traffic through google analytics, not even a single visitor going to inner pages, all visits are coming on home page and bounce rate is 80% i am sure my site have enough good content which could engage users, please suggest or check my campaign.

This Real ppl traffic and not bots , answering your question this low quality incentive traffic -this why dirty cheap-, this type of traffic well known history of not targeted and the visitor not interested in the website visit at all , the visitor browse only to get incentive like cash/points , similar example for this is cpa cash incentive offers the offer convert after 1 page submit and there's 4 pages in that offer , you pay worker on microwoker.com for 1 page submit , now the worker will complete the 4 pages in your opinion ? , if this bot traffic will be stupid easy for me to simulate full human behavior like random links click , page scrolling ...etc , still the traffic great for it's price like improving Alexa rank and cpm monetization and other purposes ...., there's sellers sell same type of this traffic for $1+ per 1k under name "Alexa Traffic" , other example kids monetize adf links with bots for few bucks ****** website sell you that pure bots traffic for $0.4 per 1k under the name " Proxy Traffic" check here , we sell totally different prices outside BHW community btw , i have clients monetizing very well this traffic with cpm and pay per view , i can't ask anyone of them to post here revealing what they are doing , about myself honestly this payment i got yesterday from cpm network I'm sending for them same traffic I'm selling here , didn't plan to post this screenshot to attract anyone but I'm in situation need to share similar things to make it clear 100% for everyone reading this .
