1. Send as much applications as I can on telemarketing-related jobs at Upwork. (NOT DONE)
2. Learn how to PERFECTLY clone a website using HTTRACK (since I'm going to use OGAds landing pages). (DONE)
3. Set up landing pages for all accounts. (SEMI-DONE)
4. Daily learnings -- HTML & CSS; Telemarketing; Subjects relating to how to handle your money. (NOT DONE)

So yesterday was a failure. Still better than most days. But far from where I want to be. Ideally, I'd like to be able to do at least 8-10 big chunk of tasks, especially the most crucial ones.

Today, I'm celebrating the victory and learning from my mistakes. 'Sall good!


JOBS
-- It's the weekend and looming is the pitfall of thinking these are days to rest. Relaxation is good, but only for those who deserve it. I am not even tired and yet my body wants to just lay back and wait for my interview. I guess that's how I am designed, that's how humans are designed -- to always seek comfort. And if I am ever going to make it to my goal and future goals, being human ain't an option anymore. I need to become a monster.
-- Continuing with yesterday's tasks, I need to send more applications. If hired, I will work from 7am to 3pm. I need another 4-6 hours job to further upgrade my monthly income. Preferably a US client.

PROJECT (INSTAGRAM + OGADS)
-- It took me almost an hour to figure things out but I finally cracked how to clone a website, choose which files to upload, and where to upload them in my cPanel. Of course, I'm talking about ripping an OGAds-provided landing page and hosting it myself. -- Now that things are beginning to form, I need to set my very first goal... and that is to earn something. No matter how small, I need to earn something off of this. I want to trick my brain into working more to gain more. I know that if I see something to be true myself, on my own account, my drive will soar exponentially.

-- With the project, here's what I've done so far:

1. Aged my Instagram accounts -- I have 5 aged accounts that I'm going to use. These are accounts from a few months back that I've let sit on my bot without really doing anything.
2. Bought 1 domain for the first (oldest) account.
3. Set up pre-lander using Weebly.
4. Requested a landing page from OGAds + ripped + upload to hosting
5. Started following the followers of some big accounts on IG.

-- I started this all yesterday. So far, here are my stats but I apologize in advance. I haven't earned anything yet but I'm posting here for documentation purposes. Please forgive me for showing you something this horrible.

(I'm only showing stats for 1 account. All the other accounts have only been liking and not following. I will begin doing so once I've bought domains for them and set up their own landing pages. By then, their stats will also be included in every update.)

-- WHAT TO DO NEXT: Money. I need some money first. I believe I still have $8 on Fiverr. If I could find cheap domains, I'll buy some for my other IG accounts.
-- As for the current account that's doing the following, I will wait at least 3 days and see the results and then begin testing a few things to see how I can improve my clicks and begin converting.

I am a bit jealous.

To be honest, I've always wanted to create something and make a living out of it. Although selling is a profession very dear to my heart, it's still a far cry compared to the emotional satisfaction I get whenever I successfully give birth to something (figuratively, of course, lol). In any case, I know I'll get there too. I've decided to learn web development, programming, and basically everything I can learn about computers and software. So in time, I know we'll be on the same page.

In the mean time, I have an idea for the next project I am going to take on after Instagram + CPA and will heavily involve Wordpress. Surely, your input will be very valuable.

lol, I wasn't jealous of my life a few months ago, and you wouldn't have wanted that life. So I had to do it by myself. Finding clients isn't easy, but it gets easier with time. Networking can really help. The 3 best resources for development that I have found are google, youtube and udemy. But keep it up, I will be watching your journey so you better keep posting, haha.

Things are getting pretty crazy for me and I really have to organize my shit or I will have my back against the wall and everything exploding in my face!

First off, I will stop sending applications for now. An hour after my previous update, I received an invitation for an interview for a telemarketing post. This is for a US client, $5/hr net, 2 hours per day. Not bad, I would say.

PLUS, I have an interview tomorrow for the Australian company I applied to. Final interview and job's in the bag, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, at $5/hr net. Ain't celebrating yet. There is still a chance I may not make it and one of the lessons I learned in life is to never ever underestimate circumstances and always be at your peak. Dozens of times, almost got something, in the end, shit happens and it's all gone. So better be ready than sorry.

PLUS, I have this event listing thing going on and I need 75 events by the end of the week. Just for the first batch of 45 alone, I almost scoured everything UK has to offer. This time, I have to dig real deep.

Hooh.

A breath of relief. Writing always eases my mind and makes me more focused.

To be honest, I don't think I'm busy at all. I haven't even started with these jobs yet. I guess I'm just worrying and applying more pressure to myself than necessary. One step at a time man, we can do this.

Anyway, I earned $0.25 yesterday. 2 clicks, 1 conversion. Goal reached. I earned something. Now, it's time to conquer the world! Kidding aside, let's set another goal.

Let's earn the minimum amount to withdraw ($50) and once that's done, we'll begin setting a goal for daily income.

Yesterday, somebody hired me for a simple job, earned me $4. All good, took about 2 minutes of my time. I used that to buy domains for all my remaining accounts, which will serve as their own landing pages. Hence, I'm showing you, my good sirs and maams, the stats for all my accounts to this day.

After this update, I'll begin setting up LPs and pre-landers for each of the account and begin following.

One other awesome thing --- I got inside an Instagram Skype group which has been nothing but helpful. Got a valuable insight from its creator about my account, landing pages, and I can't wait to implement his proposed changes. Everyone's just awesome, sharing their current hurdles and everybody contributing. I've been blessed to be able to meet these people.

Anyway, what I meant was I'm jealous that you get to create something and earn a living off of it. Unlike me right now, I am calling unsuspecting strangers and selling stuff over the phone. As intrusive and fishy it may sound, I actually love it. But if given a choice, I would love to write pieces and earn off of that too. Which is what my next project will revolve around. It's a passion project, really.

Wait I am confused. $5 an hour, 40 hours a week, so you would be pulling in $200 a week at a full time job? Not even taking into account taxes? You must not be from the US or Australia. Sorry I am just confused because I could never live off of that and I live reasonably well with pretty low bills. I am just curious. I live in the states, so that makes a big damn difference, lol. Your writing skills are good, but if it isn't your native language, I could see how that would make sense.

My good sir, thank you for your previous comment. It made me think... what if it's possible to just use the source code, put it on index.html, and run the LP from there. And it worked! I am very happy. I know this sounds stupid to someone who understands HTML but please forgive me. I just learned how to create ordered lists and unordered lists last night.

Yes, I am not from the US or Australia. I actually am from the Philippines. True, $200/week ain't much and it's not even close to settling all the bills. Just the rent and internet bills. So we'll be pooling our household income and mine's going to be just a contribution.

Standards of living here isn't very high. Most goods are cheap and a family whose income is $1,000/mo. is already considered middle-class.

I'm glad you appreciate my writing. English isn't our native language but to be honest, it doesn't make much of a difference at all. Most people from my generation can speak straight English (although with some grammar lapses) BUT can hardly speak straight Filipino (our native language). If we hear someone speaking straight native, he will be considered a retard or just plain weird.

It is 9:02PM here and I'm enjoying a cup of coffee, a mini-fan on my face, and a satisfying sense of exhaustion which brings a smile to my face. After this update, I'm planning on listening to a podcast, then off to dialing (appointment setting).​

JOBS
The interview was great. Although, my confidence that I'll land the job went down by 1%. Still, I think I did pretty good.

To be honest, I got schooled. I was talking to a VP for Sales and he's one because he got there. He definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to selling. The co-founder of the company wasn't available and wants to talk to me before being officially hired. So I have to wait until Wednesday for that.

Before the interview though, I received a very interesting call from a US client. I won't drop names but 2 years ago, she went viral for revealing her secret on live TV. She's now EIC for a cannabis magazine and she wants me to make calls for her, selling advertising spots and media placements.

It was good overall and I got confirmation that she's going to hire me. $5/hr, 40 hours per week, 2 weeks testing, in which case, we can begin discussing commission structure. Told her I'll wait for her to get her affairs in order and I would have to check out my options (as I am waiting for confirmation from the AU client too).

Please don't get me wrong. I ain't being cheesy. I'm just worried about time overlaps. But if I won't overlap with any of the said jobs, I'll probably take them all. Oh jeez, 18 hours per day. Looks like I'm going to have to up my caffeine dosage.

Then apply the same offer on all accounts. That's what I've thought about for now. Further changes will be made in the future but let's not overburden my exhausted brain for now, shall we?

*My one and only gadget, my tablet, its digitizer is all shattered. I'm really really sad. BUT it's aight. I'll just have it fixed tomorrow. Updates were late and I feel like I have to restart. My mind's being clouded and worries start to seep in, affecting my performance.​

Tasks Today:

2. Change the niches of my accounts into the winning one from my initial test (project).
3. Research -- targetting; how to age accounts; initial follow numbers for the first week or so.​

Blabber:
For my jobs, everything's cruising smoothly. To be honest, I've never been this "in-demand" throughout my selling career. Worked in the BPO industry for 3 years, 2 years telemarketing online, and it's only now that clients want me to dial for them badly.

Sure, maybe because my rate isn't that high BUT it's definitely higher than most in Upwork who come from the same country. Right now, I just received 3 invitations and 2 pending offers. I am happy.

I guess what's different this time around is my level of determination. The WHY am I doing this and the stretch I'm willing to go through just to be great at what I do.

Earlier this morning, I talked with my prospective client. I guess you could call this a final interview of sorts. The VP of Sales and the co-founder of the company were present and they were really concerned. Mentioned that they're expanding like crazy and really need someone solid for the job. Long story short, I landed it after a very tough struggle.

I ain't good, really. Far from it. Experienced, yeah. But far from being a good salesman. What I'm proud about is I'm CRAZY. I dissect my calls like a madman, observing my tone, my attitude, and check the points to improve. What I should've said, and when I should've just stayed silent. My pronunciation. So the next time I pick up the phone, I am a little bit better, then the next call. Then repeat the process daily.

Today, I'm happy. My chaotic mind is smiling. It's been a long time since I had this much going on and I feel like evolution's finally catching up to me. AGAIN. Finally... The sound of myself in the grindstone is like music to my ears.

My Instagram project is nothing short of perfect. I've been reading a lot, especially @Aesis32 's journey thread and it has its good and bad effects.

The good: I am gaining insights that are so great, I know they have the potential to explode my earnings, if I am willing to grind for it.

The bad: I become so impatient, wanting to earn as much as them, and making me want to speed things up. What I learned? Instagram isn't a race. It's a consistency thing. Little improvements, a lot of testing, and a real test of patience.

Next up, I am getting 20 proxy IPs and making 10 accounts per day, then age them. 5 accounts = 1 proxy. The deal's pretty awesome. $10 for 20 proxies, which I'll be borrowing for now.

Still have 38 sim cards I can use to verify the accounts. That's enough for now for testing and boosting my income, I guess.

Forgive me for being a fool. I don't know what a native LP is. What I'm using are the LPs provided by OGAds. Although I'm looking to build my own through WP, I just don't know how yet. I am inspired by Aesis32 who is building his own LPs to promote OGAds.

Blabber:
It has been a crazy ride these past few days with the jobs I have. My mind's cluttering A LOT and it's entirely my fault.

What's anchoring me is the fact that I told my client that I would be finished with the events yesterday. But today, I'm still half my promised numbers. PROCRASTINATING is deadly, I learned. It will kill your career and it will kill you, will cause a lot of confusion and will stress you out. If you're reading this, please, for your own good, do not put yourself in a situation where you will have to procrastinate.

Today, I'm blocking out my time and not entertain anything else until I get this job done.

Yesterday, my employer (the 2-hour per day appointment setting job) changed my hours to 40 per week. And then told me I'm going 40 from now on. But no can do. I have already committed to my Australian client. To be honest, it is tempting. Will double my income but would take 16 hours of my time per day. Upon computation, with everything else, that'll only leave me with a total of 1 hour for sleeping. NOT GOOD.

So I had to decline. But I'm taking 20 hours per week with him at least until the campaign is halted OR I reach 1 year working with him. That time, I'll definitely begin demanding a commission for every deal he makes (he's a realtor and daym really awesome one) through me.

Instagram + OGAds project. Same old, same old. No breakthrough or anything with my daily clicks. But I was able to discover something.

Most of my leads came from those I've DM'd on my 'hot girls niche' account. No fluff talks or anything. Just sending them a message blatantly promoting the link in my bio. And it kinda worked.

So I got to thinking... I'll probably try that with my accounts that have a higher number of followers. DM my followers. Let's see how it goes. (putting it in my important INs box).

Before that, I have to scale up. So I bought myself some proxies, prepared my remaining sim cards, and are about to create accounts later. 5 per day, age them for a week, then begin following. Before that though, I'd have to learn how to create my own landing pages. OGAds doesn't have a landing page for the niche I want to get into, sadly.

1. Ditched one of the jobs I was offered. Pure cold calling selling advertising space for a cannabis magazine.
2. Turned from 10 hours a week to 20 hours per week. With this week an exception, I'm going 30 hours with my appointment-setting job. Plus 40 hours for my Australian client. Need some money boost so I can take away a bigger chunk off of our rent.
3. Bought 5 proxies -- $10/mo.
4. Got a few accounts from kind-hearted gentlemen from the group.
5. Unique web 2.0 pre-landers (nothing fancy) for each account.​

I got no complaints, seriously. I've been offered a job and I can decline it, so I did.

But man, WTF?! You ask me to sell a $700 ad space and want me to earn $30 of commission? I sold cheaper products, easier sells, and earned me a lot more. That's just a twisted offer. Too bad, I really was looking forward to it and I would've given it all I've got if the commission was a bit higher.

Anyway, I'm taking a lot of hours this week. We're behind on our rent for a month and it's getting to me. I need to do more, learn more, and earn more this week. On the next one, I'll go back to 20 hours.

My project's doing really well. I've been constantly earning everyday with the little accounts I have. It's high time to scale up. But before that, I need to employ a system so everything will go as smoothly as possible.

For now, I'm targeting just one niche. Here's the plan:

For every niche, there'll be 10 batches targeting it. 1 batch = 10 accounts. A total of 100 accounts for one niche. And then, I will go into a new niche and start all over again.

Once I have 100 accounts, I'll put the bot on a high-powered VPS. Let's leave it here for now. I've planned things out until I reach 1,200 accounts but I'm gonna go baby steps on this.

Every batch of accounts will have 1 unique domain for its landing page BUT each account will have a different web 2.0 pre-lander.

I like to put these accounts on batches so the aging process will become much easier to handle. For now, this process is on testing and I wouldn't share so no one would suffer in case it fails.

Currently, I have 10 accounts. This will be the first batch. Tonight, I'm planning on creating my own landing page (or probably copy someone else's), create 5 more accounts.​

Jobs, I'm pretty stable.

I decided to ditch the Australian client and focusing on my appointment-setting job for my US client. Why?

Because he's a GREAT boss. Simple.

Now, I know that the real money is in internet marketing. So I decided to get a full-time role with him and devote all my remaining hours growing my project and any other projects in the future.

I created a linear process to age accounts. The ultimate goal is to have them follow up to 1,000 a day without getting banned or even PV. Right now, I have 4 power accounts who are in this category.

So I loaded 5 accounts today and began the aging process. On top of the other ones that was given to me which was loaded on the bot a couple days back.

Tasks Tomorrow:
1. Load 5 more accounts
2. Read other IG journey that are flourishing and learn.
3. Make 20 pre-landers (and make it as awesome as possible).
4. Get back on track with learning HTML&CSS.​
