Well, mate, i feel for you. I'm from Italy and we aren't Tunisia-level yet, but we are rapidly getting there. I've a master (non STEM) degree and I'm in your exact same situation. For the last months I've looked at many, many methods and guides, and that's what I can tell you: Fiverr or freelancing sites are out if you do not have a way to get reviews. There are guys hogging all the work there, and they are firmly entrenched. No room for the new guy. CPA marketing could theoretically work, but I found difficult to be accepted by the network. They ask for experience, a good website... I looked into various forms of arbitrage, but it is really difficult finding customers willing to buy from a nobody, even if you offer very low prices... I actually find the barriers to enter into the money making thing very difficult to overcome as a newbie.

1. post some innovative gigs in fiverr
2. Try getting work at upwork . com
3. Follow the "earning money" section og BHW, you will get some ideas for sure.

Building an Upwork account is not easy at all. It's mainly for Americans. An American is not ready to give job to a newbie or worst, an African because they want the best. When I started as a freelancer on upwork I went through hell literally & yes, I am from Africa like omda. He better patronize freelancer or fiverr

i've tried freelancing i didnt get anything , there is guys who built a reputition over the years so nothing for newbies
i want to share with ou another experience (a failed one too) 3 weeks ago i was scrolling 9gagand there is a post about how 9gaggers will celebrate 9gag day (5november) by wearing a grey teeshirt, the post had some thousands upvote and a large number of comment about how awesome it will be.
So i did some teeshirt designs based on the tendencies in 9gag. i create a store front in teespring teespring com stores 9gaggers (sorry for posting the link if that's not allowed here) and i make some post in 9gag (showing the designs etc...) after almost 20upvote 9gag take it down (in my profile i see the post in other profile nothing there) , i turn to facebook and i create a page and put the design there (another obstacle page with zero likes and as always money is needed to run an ad compain)...

You can try upwork, there are many positions for graphic designer. But they mostly pay you via Paypal. Good luck!
