Absolute noob with 0$

This is my first post here I hope you help me with this:
What I want : a method that work to earn something around 50$ in a short period (I'm learning website development and I need that money to launch my website)
What I have :
-laptop + Internet connection + payonner account and card with 0$.
-a lot of free time (something around 24h a day) I'm unemployed.
I'm good at:
-graphic design(photoshop and illustrator).
-speed learner.
Sorry for the long post I hope I found what Im looking for.

Well, without paypal you are loosing much of potential clients and so - its really annoying, but much part of IM stands on paypal payments and you just cant buy some stuff or so without it, so it can make you troubles.. But I guess you cant change a country.

I drop out of engineering school in the last year (money prob) struggle to find a job without degree... One year of doing really nothing... Trying to change all this

I'm sorry for you brother, i'm in a place like at the moment, but i dont have anyone helping me, best thing is IG+cpa or fake views for youtube, other methods need money to start or a knowledge

u know the problem is not having 50dollars , it's putting it in my payonner... here in my hellish country u r not allowed to use currency other than the local one, u cant recharge an e wallet,

1. post some innovative gigs in fiverr
2. Try getting work at upwork . com
3. Follow the "earning money" section og BHW, you will get some ideas for sure.

@Omda Paypal is available in Tunisia you can easy crate account, and find some work online there are many sites today for freelancer,

You can still use paypal. Get a USA IP and access it.
