What do you mean? This guide is not giving way to uploading videos to Youtube, but rather how to taking videos on Youtube and embed/play them on our blog.

Have you look on Skype ? They want to know some informations before accept you or not. Or go on the site and try live chat with them.

I'm with my phone so the site is not the same but I used the live chat some days ago... Look at the bottom and you have a little icon for message.

Risk, not at all, they might ban your site but not harm you. As long you're not directly sharing it from your own server.

Maybe he hosted this movies and not use openload etc?

As far as I have checked his videos, there are some videos that he uploaded by his own with his watermark. And maybe that's the reason why he got served. And take note, his website name, watermark is his full name. So no anonymity at all.
